Monthly Community Pilates Class (Hornchurch Library)
When: First Monday of every month
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Where: Room 1, Hornchurch Library
Price: £7 per session (FREE if you have a monthly subscription to the online class already)
Join us for a mixed ability Pilates class focused on improving posture, reducing aches, and building strength from the inside out. All levels welcome!
