Foam Rolling for Back Pain Pilates Class

Weekly Mindset Coaching Session

This supportive session uses proven coaching methods including RTT (Rapid Transformational Coaching) and RTC (Relational Transformational Coaching) techniques to help you manage the mental side of back pain recovery.

No physical movement is involved — just focused, gentle coaching to help you:

  • Overcome mental blocks around pain and healing

  • Reduce stress and fear that can worsen symptoms

  • Build confidence and motivation for recovery

  • Develop lasting positive mindset shifts

We currently run small, friendly Mat-based mixed ability Pilates classes in two welcoming community spaces:

Wembley Central Big Local – Patidar House (Wembley)

When: Every Tuesday at 8pm
Price: £7 per class

A relaxed, accessible venue in the heart of Wembley, perfect for those who want gentle back care in a supportive local setting.

Hornchurch Library (Essex)

When: Every 1st Monday of the month
Price: £10 per class or join as part of our monthly subscription

A calm, convenient spot for community Pilates, ideal if you’re based in or near Hornchurch and looking for expert guidance close to home.
