At Back Harmony Pilates CIC, we believe everyone deserves expert support for their back health — no matter their background or budget. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we’re a social enterprise dedicated to putting people before profit.

We specialise in helping people manage and prevent back pain through safe, effective Pilates and mindset coaching, offered online and in friendly local community spaces. We reinvest our income to keep our services affordable and accessible to those who need them most.

Our Services Overview

Online & Community Classes

Join our expert-led Pilates classes from home or local community centres. Choose from seated, mat, standing Pilates, or foam rolling — designed for all abilities and back health.

Mindset

Coaching

Take part in weekly mindset coaching sessions that use proven RTT and RTC techniques to help manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and support long-term mental wellbeing for lasting relief.
