General Conditions of Sale for Weight Harmony Coaching and Back Harmony Pilates

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions made through the Weight Harmony Coaching and Back Harmony Pilates websites or services, including coaching, pilates classes, workshops, and any related offerings by Gaelle Joseph. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply:

Clients must be 16 years old or older to purchase physical or electronic products (such as books or videos).
Clients must be 18 years old or older to engage in services such as coaching, workshops, or pilates classes.

We strive to ensure that minors are not accessing our services or products. If it is brought to our attention that a client is under the appropriate age, they will be immediately removed from our system, and any transactions will be refunded.

Article 2: Order

Placing an order for products or services through our website implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. This applies to both physical and remote services, including online coaching and pilates sessions.

Article 3: Price

All prices for services and products are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices for services may vary and are subject to change at any time. However, the price listed at the time of booking or purchase will apply to the transaction.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or ordering. We accept payments via credit/debit cards processed through a secure payment system. We use Stripe to ensure your payment information is encrypted and secure. Cards issued by international banks (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted, but American Express is not. Payments for services such as coaching, pilates classes, or workshops are non-refundable once the service has been provided unless stated otherwise.

Article 5: Delivery and Remote Services

For remote services (e.g., online coaching or pilates classes), delivery is considered to have occurred when the service is made available to you via video link, email, or any other method of digital communication.
For physical products (if applicable), delivery will occur when the product is shipped to the address provided by you. The risks of the product are transferred to you as soon as it has left our premises. In case of any issues, we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Article 6: Liability and Injuries

Important Disclaimer: By participating in any remote services (including coaching or pilates classes), you agree to take responsibility for your physical and mental well-being during the activities. Gaelle Joseph and Weight Harmony Coaching/Back Harmony Pilates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may arise during or after any session, whether in-person or online.
It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program if you have any medical concerns. If you experience any discomfort or health issues, it is advised to stop the activity immediately and seek medical advice.
Participation in our services implies that you understand and accept these conditions. Any injuries sustained are at your own risk.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we take your privacy seriously. You have the right to access and correct your personal data at any time. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Article 8: Applicable Law

These general conditions of sale, as well as all transactions involving the purchase of products and services, are governed by UK law. Any disputes arising from these transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
